Speaker & Host, Services for corporate events, professional gatherings, webinars, and awareness-based sessions
Communication through video, voice, email, and text platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet)
All services are designed for informational, motivational, and developmental purposes. These services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
What is Pre-Consulting
For all our services — whether it is consulting, business guidance, personal advice, spiritual clarity, research-related help,
or any other future service — we start with a Pre-Consulting step.
For this, we take a token fee of ₹3690, which is non-refundable.
In this pre-consulting process, we do 1 to 3 personal one-to-one (P2P) sessions with you.
During these sessions, we try to understand your exact need, study your situation deeply,
and prepare a clear idea about what kind of consulting or service we can provide,
how much time it may take, and what the total cost and terms & conditions will be.
In this stage, we use our time, energy, and professional resources
to study your case and find the right direction for you.
We offer premium and personalized consulting,
so this token fee helps ensure only serious and genuine clients move forward.
After the pre-consulting stage, we share a final offer with full details of the real consulting or service,
including time, cost, and terms.
You are free to accept or decline this offer.
If you accept it, you can proceed further as per our payment and service rules.
Token Fee & Pre-Consulting Policy
The token fee of ₹3690 is charged only for our Pre-Consulting Clarity Session.
This fee helps us review your case and decide whether we can provide you the right consulting or not.
It is not the actual consulting or service fee — the real consulting fee will be shared after this stage.
This token fee is non-refundable, and we have clearly mentioned this on all pages.
However, in very rare and special situations, if we feel that
we cannot take your case or your consulting need is not a good match for our services,
we may decide to refund your amount fully.
We hold the full right to accept or decline any consulting or service request.
If we decline a request, you will be informed by email or call,
and your ₹3690 will be refunded to the same payment source or wallet.
We always try to keep our client’s best interest in mind.
So, if you feel that our service is not suitable for you,
and we also find that your request is genuine and fair,
we may offer a refund as a goodwill decision.
But this decision will be fully at our discretion.
Once you accept our main (real) consulting offer and make the payment,
that payment will be completely non-refundable in all cases.
User Responsibilities
By using this website or engaging with the services, you agree to the following:
You are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent/guardian.
You will not misuse, duplicate, or redistribute any content from SheshShow without permission.
You will not engage in abusive, illegal, defamatory, or disruptive behavior on any communication or session platform associated with SheshShow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or communication provided to you.
Bookings, Payments, and Refund Policy
All bookings must be made through the official SheshShow website or by verified communication channels.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of digital and time-blocked services, all payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated only with advance notice and are subject to availability.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on this website — including but not limited to texts, graphics, videos, logos, and session materials — is the sole property of SheshShow and/or Balram (SheshShow *).
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or resale of any such content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Privacy and Data Handling
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (to be published separately).
Basic user information (name, email, WhatsApp number, etc.) may be collected for communication and service delivery purposes.
We do not sell or commercially share your personal data with third parties.
Communication and Notifications
By engaging with the services, you consent to receive communication via:

Platform notifications (if applicable)
You may opt out of promotional messages but will continue to receive service-related communication.
Service Availability and Limitations
SheshShow may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Session availability is limited and based on the personal schedule of the operator.
In case of unavoidable cancellation (e.g., personal emergency, technical failure), alternate arrangements will be offered where possible.
Legal Disclaimer
All services are offered in good faith for educational and guidance purposes only.
SheshShow shall not be held liable for any personal, professional, or business decisions made by users based on the guidance received.
The user assumes full responsibility for how they interpret and act upon any information provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, SheshShow (and its operator) shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss, service interruption, or technical error
Any harm arising from user actions, third-party tools, or external platforms used for sessions
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Updates and Modifications
SheshShow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
