At SheshShow, we are committed to providing high-quality services in the form of programs, sessions, and speaking engagements. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines how refund requests are handled for our services.


General Refund Approach

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional experience for all clients and participants. However, not all payments may be eligible for a refund, depending on the time and nature of the request.


Programs, Courses, or Consultancy Sessions

🔹 Advance or Token Payment

  • A full refund of any advance payment is available if requested within 15 days of payment.

  • Refund requests made between 15 to 45 days from payment date are not eligible for a refund, but the amount can be adjusted toward another session or program of equal or higher value.

  • After 45 days, the advance amount is considered non-refundable and forfeited.

🔹 Full Payment (Post-Invoicing)

  • If you have paid the full amount and received an invoice, you may request a full refund within 7 days of invoicing.

  • After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may exchange the purchased program with another of equal or higher value, within 30 days of invoice.

  • After 30 days, no refund or exchange will be accepted.


Event Bookings (Speaker / Host Engagements)

  • A full refund is allowed if the request is raised within 24 hours of payment or at least one day before the event date, whichever is earlier.

  • Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be returned using the original method of payment.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued if the request is made within the specified timelines.

  • SheshShow reserves the right to accept, reject, or adjust refund requests based on individual circumstances and service terms.

  • No cash refunds are provided.

  • This policy is subject to change, and any updates will be reflected on this page.
